You have a plan in place and you’re ready to start your project, but there are a few details you’re still not 100% sure about. Maybe you’re still deciding on paint colors or unsure of how a specific tile will look in a space. Maybe you’re trying to figure out what materials will look best on the exterior of your home, and you need to see the final product to feel confident about your choices.

Renderings give you the ability to confidently make design choices and visualize the final design before starting on construction. I

  • building a new home - you have a plan and want to visualize it, or you would like to see variations of the plan to aid in making design decisions for the home

  • contractors and builders - you have a client who needs assistance visualizing their project, or you would like to use renderings for marketing purposes

What Is The Process?

  • Consultation - We will discuss your desires for the renderings like design specifications, camera angles, and any other details about the project. A pdf of the plans or CAD files will be used to begin the process of creating the renderings.

  • Preliminary Renderings - The first round of renderings will be sent over for review. Any adjustments can be made at this time including adjustments to the camera angle, environment, or home selections.

  • Final Renderings - You will receive and be able to download the final renderings in the format you desire. One free round of revisions is also available if needed!

  • What if I don’t have a set of drawings or plans?

    This service is ideal for someone who already has a set of plans and wants to visualize a completed design.
