2. Preliminary Floor Plan
I create an initial layout based on your needs and the flow of your home. This first draft focuses on getting the space planning right before we move into details. You provide feedback, and we refine the layout once.
3. Final Floor Plan + 3D Renderings
You will receive a finalized floor plan, cabinet elevations, electrical/lighting notes (as needed), high-quality 3D renderings that show your space with accurate proportions and finishes (generic placeholders, not curated selections) delivered as an organized PDF plan set + image files
